Back home, the two months or so after New Year�s were always my least favourite of the year. Not because of the unending rain at that time of the year in Seattle. Not because of the mountain of debt I�d got myself into buying Christmas presents for a lot of people who, let�s face it, I really didn�t like that much anyway.
