Directed by Alan Taylor, Terminator Genisys is the latest movie in the Terminator film series.

When John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance, sends Sergeant Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect John’s mother Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) and safeguard the future, an unexpected turn of events creates a fractured timeline.

In this film’s current day, 2029, the resistance believe they have conquered Skynet, only to discover that the machines have launched their own version of a time displacement weapon. The machines send a Terminator back in time to kill John’s mother, before she has a chance to give birth to the future leader of the human resistance.

Reese finds himself in a new and unfamiliar version of the past, where he faces unlikely allies including the Guardian (Arnold Schwarzenegger), dangerous new enemies and an unexpected new mission — to reset the future.

Find out what happens when the action-packed Terminator Genisys opens in local cinemas on July 2.
