Indie music fans shouldn’t miss Pow! Fest, a new concert event showcasing nine up-and-coming indie rock acts such as Summer Dress, Aire, Seal Pillow, Hariguem Zaboy, Gym and Swim, Wave and So, Fwends and Safe Planet, as well as a show by Japanese group The Fin.
