"And the winner is Christiano Ronaldo!"
Young Christiano was very happy and very proud to hear his name being announced as Fifa's Football Player of the Year yesterday in Zurich Switzerland.
Of course it was his dad, Christiano senior, who won the award, but he felt special too.
This is the third time his dad has won the world famous Golden Ball (Ballon d'Or), easily defeating Lionel Messi in the voting. He was so happy he actually cried a little when he received the award.
He thanked his teammates and his family for helping him become football's best player.
