Stamp releases first full album

Stamp
Sci-Fi
BEC Tero Music

Most local listeners will be familiar with Stamp’s many hit songs. However, until recently Stamp had only released singles and EPs. Sci-Fi is Stamp’s first full album, and it’s packed with the kind of easy-listening pop tunes that Stamp’s fans know and love.

The dominant sound on this album is the acoustic guitar. Whether the songs are ballads or up-tempo pop-rock, the guitar always stands out.

The first track on the album, “Sad Pra Lard (The Beast),” is an acoustic rock song with an interesting concept about common things that most listeners will be able to relate to. Another highlight is “Rak Kra Dod Kum Pang (Zero Gravity),” which is a smooth, romantic love song with a perfect combination of piano and strings.

Overall, Sci-Fi is a top-quality piece of work that maintains Stamp’s high standards. The songs are all unique, with intelligent lyrics that Stamp’s fans are bound to enjoy. — VH
