The best songs of the year from the top of the charts are brought together on the album So Fresh Hits 2015. From club bangers to sad love songs, pop fans are sure to find something they love.

The album opener is “Sugar” by top pop-rock band Maroon 5, on which they plead for love over their usual disco, funk-pop and soul vibe. The song was popular enough to peak at No. 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. Other monster hits include Mark Ronson’s "Uptown Funk," Ellie Goulding’s "Love Me Like You Do" from the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack, and Jessie J’s “Flashlight” from Pitch Perfect 2.

Rock fans get “Hold Back the River” by James Bay, as well as the pop-soul melodies of Hozier’s “Someone New.” The British are represented by One Direction’s "Night Changes," and Sam Smith’s melancholic "Lay Me Down," a song about missing his lover.

If you need 2015’s fresh hits all in one place, then this album is for you. — SK
