New Jiew have achieved plenty of success with the singles they’ve released so far, making them one of the most popular pop duos in the country. The girls are particularly known for their broken-hearted ballads like the hit “Mai Ruk Mai Taung (Don’t Love, Don’t),” which unlike most sad songs included some interesting dance steps in the video.

With the release of their new album, Precious Time, New Jiew surprised their fans by promoting it with the upbeat dance track “Rao Took Sang Ma Phoer Kan Lae Kan (We Are Made for Each Other).” The song has a retro disco style with piano, strings, brass instruments and synthesiser.

Precious Time includes 11 new songs plus the bonus track “Chan Kor Ruk Kong Chan (I Love My Love),” which was featured in a popular TV drama. Overall, the album is another great release from New Jiew, with plenty of the catchy, melodic choruses that the duo is famous for. — VH
