The southern rock trio Labanoon spent many years away from the music scene until they released their successful comeback single, “Cheuak Wiset (Magic Rope),” last year. Its music video has been viewed more than 200 million times on YouTube. Now the band extends their success with the latest single, “Phae Thang (Weak Spot).”

The song is about a guy that cannot resist falling in love with beautiful girls. The music is more pop than rock and has a sweet melody that’s easy to listen to. The arrangement keeps Labanoon’s usual style, especially in the voice and singing technique of lead singer Methee. For the music video they gathered six cute net idol girls, making it popular with male fans, and the clip has been viewed more than 70 million times so far.

Labanoon have kept their music style and high standards on a song that will please both new and old fans. — VH
