Did you know

Colin Farrell once appeared on Snoop Dogg’s TV show Doggy Fizzle Televizzle.

The strange new comedy drama film, The Lobster, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, is a love story set in the near future.

Single people, according to the rules of The City, are taken to The Hotel, a place where they must find a matching mate in 45 days. If they fail, they are changed into an animal of their own choice, and sent into The Woods.

David (Colin Farrell) arrives at The Hotel with a dog, which is actually his brother who has been transformed into an animal after failing to find a partner during his time at the hotel.

David escapes into The Woods and lives a wild life, catching rabbits and hiding from hunters. He falls in love with a lady known as Short Sighted Woman (Rachel Weisz). However, because falling in love is against the rules, the couple must try to escape and get back home.

Enjoy the weird story when The Lobster opens in local cinemas on November 19.
