Did you know

Frankenweenie is a remake of a 1984 film of the same name.

From Disney comes acclaimed filmmaker Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie, a visually stunning, black and white, stop-motion animated film in 3-D. The film features a talented cast of voice actors including Catherine O’Hara, Martin Short, Martin Landau, Conchata Ferrell and Winona Ryder.

Frankenweenie is a heart-warming tale about a boy and his dog. After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor (Charlie Tahan) harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life — with just a few minor adjustments.

Victor tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor’s fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new lease on life isn’t always such a great idea.

Catch the fantasy and magic when Frankenweenie hits cinemas on October 18.
