On the Edge/Operation Bangkok is a joint exhibition by Thai photographer Miti Ruangkritya and Malaysian artist Roslisham Ismail at Bangkok University Gallery, Kluaynamthai Campus.

On the Edge is an exhibition that explores changes in a developing country’s city after power is returned to the people. The photos were taken in Siem Reap, Cambodia by Miti Ruangkritya, whose work has been published in British Journal of Photography and De L’air Magazine. Miti was also nominated for the best photographer award at the Dali Photo Festival last year.

Operation Bangkok explores the artistic laboratory of Malaysian conceptual artist Roslisham Ismail, who was an Australian High Commission resident at the Gunnery Studio in Sydney. Roslisham also had a solo exhibition at Gallery 4A in 2007.

Bangkok University Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. Admission is free. For more information, go to www.facebook.com/events/220372764817984/ or call 02 350 3626.
