Directed by veteran filmmaker Clint Eastwood, American Sniper is an exciting new drama based on a true story about war, human pain and courage.

Chris Kyle (Bradley Cooper) is a skillful marksman who is sent to Iraq on a mission to protect his fellow US soldiers. His pinpoint accuracy saves countless lives on the battlefield and earns him the nickname of “Legend.”

However, Chris’ reputation is also growing among the enemy, putting a price on his head and making him a prime target of insurgents. He is also facing a different kind of battle in his personal life as he struggles to be a good husband and father from halfway around the world.

Despite the danger and the toll that the war is taking on his family life, Chris serves through four harrowing tours of duty in Iraq. On returning to his wife Taya (Sienna Miller) and kids, Chris finds it increasingly difficult to leave his war experiences behind.
