To increase awareness of the pet blood bank, celebrities from the Church of Joy including Pu Anchalee and Boyd Kosiyabong are promoting an event called Chuan See Kha Ma Hai Luead Krang Tee See (Ask Four Legs to Donate Blood # 4).
The project was inspired by a serious lack of blood at Small Animal Hospital at Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Veterinary Science. The campaign aims to persuade owners of big dog and cat breeds to let their pets donate blood for dogs and cats that are sick or injured.
Apart from blood donations, there will be a seminar about the blood bank, basic health checks for pets and stalls selling pet food and products. There will also be live performances from Max The Voice, singers from The Star and the band Budokan.
