Koen recently opened a bakery shop called Creamy Buzzle.

The True4U channel, along with comedians and producers Tak Boriboon, Kohtee Aramboy and Ball Chernyim, recently teamed up to produce the light-hearted TV series, Pan Rak Cha Bab Organic (Organic Love Plan). The series is currently showing at primetime on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Organic Love Plan stars four singers. Faye Fang Kaew member Pornpawee Neerasingh (Faye) plays Salita, a spoiled grandchild of a billionaire businessman. Salita is forced to marry Chanut, played by K-otic member Pataradanai Setsuwan (Koen), who is heir to a luxury hotel business. Salita runs away from home and works with Pakin, played by Armchair singer Yong Anusorn, who owns a farm in Khao Yai. Salita has a crush on Pakin, but things don’t go smoothly because she has a hard time with farm life and with Pakin’s business partner, Jutamas, played by Academy Fantasia 11 star Kankulnut Panyakittinan (Nam).

Student Weekly recently met up with 22-year-old Faye, 23-year-old Koen and 20-year-old Nam at the True4You office to chat about their recent acting experiences.

Student Weekly: How did you feel about being asked to be a part of this series?

Faye: I was thrilled and stressed because Salita was written specifically for me. The crew trusted me to play the part well. When I read the script, I really enjoyed it and thought it was a great opportunity.

Nam: This series is different from my first series because Organic Love Plan uses movie-making techniques. We have to film the same scene over and over again to get different angles.

Koen: I feel thankful to True4You for this opportunity. When acting in a TV series, we have to be in character the whole time in every episode to make the series run smoothly.

Student Weekly: Are you similar to the characters you play in the series?

Faye: Salita is very determined. She does everything to win Pakin’s heart. I’m a determined person, but my determination can’t compare with Salita’s. And while Salita is very outspoken, I have to consider the situation before speaking out.

Koen: Chanut and I both like to go with the flow, but he’s a real playboy, which is something I still have to learn about.

Nam: I play a strong businesswoman. We both like to be straightforward, but Jutamas is kind of naïve. Chanut can manipulate her easily

Student Weekly: Do you enjoy working together?

Faye: I’m lucky to work with Koen because we’ve been friends for a long time. I feel comfortable working with him and we support each other. I also feel at ease working with Nam. She’s nice and cheerful.

Koen: I like working with Nam. She knows how to express her emotions, which helps me to act more naturally. I think I click well with her. Faye and I are close, and I’ve seen her improve a lot.

Nam: I’ve been a K-otic fan since I was very young. When the group performed at my school, I was there to scream for Koen. I’m so glad to work with him. And Faye is a great example for me. I’ve learned a lot from her.

Student Weekly: Faye, is it true that you have a scene with a python?

Faye: Yes! Pakin has to chase a python away to save Salita. The crew said it was tame, but I was still worried. Yong’s character was supposed to play with the python, but he couldn’t do it so we changed the script. [Laughs.]

Student Weekly: Which scene has been the most difficult so far?

Faye: There was a scene where Yong and I got caught in a net trap and pulled up together. We had to do it five or six times so that it could be filmed from different angles. That was definitely a new experience!

Nam: There was a scene where I had to save Koen from drowning, but I’m not a good swimmer. When we were in a pool, Koen had to help me by using his legs to keep afloat. [Laughs.]

Student Weekly: Have you been filming in many different locations?

Koen: We don’t use any sets for this series. If you see a lemon farm, we filmed it at a real lemon farm.

Student Weekly: Why should viewers check out Organic Love Plan?

Faye: It’s a good series for people of all ages. The script is well-written and informative. Viewers will learn about how to grow organic vegetables, and some might even learn how to make a guy fall in love with you!
