Letter of the week

COOL SCHOOL

I'm a student at Saipanya School, which is a school for girls. I'd like to tell you the good things about my school.

The children at my school have good manners and are thoughtful. The senior students help the juniors. We have strict rules, but our friendships are good and sincere. The teachers also love the students.

I have pride in my school and love it very much.

Wannapa Thongchai,
Bangkok

It's great to hear that you love your school, Wannapa. Enjoying your school life should give you a good foundation for your future work and studies, and it sounds like some of your peers could be friends for life. Keep up the good work. — Editor

SUPER FOOD

I'm Tat, and I'm a 17-year-old student. I want to talk to you about the benefits of carrots.

Did you know that carrots are very useful? Carrots can improve immunity in the body. In addition, eating carrots can help protect you from cancer and help with skin care.

Nathamon Budpan,
Bangkok

It's good to hear that carrots are so good for you, Tat, because I like them a lot and eat them almost every day. In fact, all vegetables are very good for you and can help to keep you healthy, as well as keep nasty things like cancer away. Keep eating healthily and you're bound to stay strong. — Editor

TEEN DREAMS

Hello! My name is Tannaree and I'm 18 years old. My dream is to study architecture at Silpakorn University. I want to study architecture because I like thinking outside the box and I enjoy drawing. I hope it will be my future career.

Tannaree Boonmee,
Bangkok

Studying architecture sounds like a great idea, Tannaree, especially if you're good at drawing and have a good imagination. You probably also have to be pretty good at mathematics for that particular profession. If you work hard and stay focused, I'm sure you can achieve your goals. Good luck! — Editor
